Very straight forward

Clear communication. Ethical banking

Everything is very easy and secure. They communicate key information in a timely fashion, but not too often, and always in plain language that is easy to understand. It is great to bank with a provider with a transparent commitment to ethical banking, so I stay with Triodos even though the variable rates are not always the highest available. I have banked with Triodos for 16 years.

I have banked with Triodos for 16 years originally as my business account but I no longer run that company. I now hold my main isa with them as I care that my money is being used for good works. They have uk call centres and are always able to deal with you call, you feel like a family member not a customer when there agents go out of the way to handle your call and don’t bounce you round between departments! Triodos cash ISA for 40 years

Ive had a Triodos cash ISA for 40 years, because of its ethical stance which was unique at the time. When I could afford it, I also set one up for each of my children. I believe it is still unique in its ethical stance, and am thinking of starting a Stocks and Shares ISA. I rely on the integrity of the Triodos. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
