Ethical banking at its best

Triodos has been offering ethical saving and investment options since it started operating in the UK. It's interest rates used to be considered low, but these days are normal! Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Principled and helpful

I really like the fact that Triodos invest in sustainable businesses and supports environmental projects. I also really like the fact that a real person answers the phone very quickly and that they are always very helpful. There are no interminable annoying phone menus to navigate which is such a welcome relief. Other businesses give the impression that they would do anything rather than actually speak to a customer and Triodos is a welcome exception. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

A user friendly bank

When I had to stop working for lockdown, Triodos waived the charge for transferring funds to my current account which was very helpful. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

A rarity: friendly AND ethical!

Always had brilliant experiences with Triodos. They're really open about when they do with your money, which supports ethical and sustainable businesses. A few weeks after I'd first opened my account, I had a phone call making sure I was happy with everything and pretty much asking if I was doing ok! Isn't that nice? Would recommend to everyone.
