Professional, secure and responsive

I mosrly bank online and rarely have occasion to speak to a human. However, on the odd occasion I have had to, I've found the staff to be helpful, friendly and efficient. Triodos - how banks should behave!

Triodos are upfront and honest. They clearly explain and celebrate where the money is invested and never try to push products on you - the complete opposite of my experience with other banks. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

I never thought an Ethical Bank existed until I fina...

I never thought an Ethical Bank existed until I finally found Triodos in the Ethical Consumer. I bank online and it's so very simple to use. The most sensible and logical site, transactions are easy and answers to questions always to hand. I've never needed to phone for help.
