Staff have always been helpful when contacted.

Staff have always been helpful when contacted. I have been with Triodos for a long time and their digital services have improved massively too over recent years. It is really important to me that the money I invest is not funding companies that are driving our climate crisis or enabling governments such as Israel to create humanitarian crises. Trustworthy, honest and ethical.

Every time I need to contact Triodos Bank it is a very smooth process, with no long waits, and staff are always helpful and courteous. I love most of all that my money is being lent to the sorts of organisations which I would choose to support on ethical grounds, and I always feel able to trust Triodos to choose wisely. My money is being well-used

Have rarely needed to contact Triodos but when I have they have always been helpful. Mostly importantly I know that my money is being well-used. That's much more important to me than having the highest interest rate. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
