Excellent, easy to understand communication.

They were very helpful when I started up and moved from another ISA. When I needed advice about a further payment I had an answer online very quickly. No long waits or misunderstandings on the phone. Good communication about changes and reminders about end of financial year in good time to organise finances. Easy to check account online and good information on website.
