Triodos is great for Ethical investments & savings.

I use Triodos for Ethical investments & savings. Interest rates are good & I trust that my money is being put towards good causes. Access is easy as can be managed online, but customer service is great if you need to talk to a person. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

A great bank

Customer service wait times are very short, customer service are very friendly and efficient. The Triodos app is beautiful, very clean and easy to use interface. I can do everything I need from managing payments to filtering my finance history. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Can’t praise them highly enough

So glad to have found a bank that echoes my ethical values so completely. They are upfront and open about where my money will be invested. I am proud to know my money is doing some good in a world where there seems to be a lack of positivity. The opportunity to invest and save ethically should be shouted from the rooftops. There is another way and for me it’s Triodos every time. I have rarely needed to contact customer services as problems simply haven’t arisen but when I have done they are always super friendly and helpful. Can’t praise them highly enough!
