I love everything about Triodos.

I love everything about Triodos. Their communications are clear, their customer service is excellent - with hardly any wait I always get through to a committed, knowledgable, friendly person who can always resolve my question. It means so much to me that they genuinely live and breathe their values. I just wish more banks and more businesses were like Triodos. My investments have all gone very nicely and proved both a sensible place to put my money for my own good aswell as feeling like doing something positive for the wider world. Best ethical bank.

Never had any issues after many years of banking. It is so important that my money is invested ethically, and Triodos makes this easy. I’m always fascinated to know what projects my money is supporting, and they cover this in regular emails. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Brilliant bank !!

Can always speak to someone who can help ,no long waiting times on phone , feel like I matter as a customer , very reassuring to know my money isn't being used for unethical purposes.
