I feel very happy placing my money with Triodos. They place ethical and environmental considerations first, whereas for most banks these come second to profitability. And this ethical approach is also reflected in the honesty and transparency of their communication with me as a customer, so I feel confident they will keep me fully informed. Its not enough to shy away from things that you know are bad for people and the environment. You have to actively promote and invest in things that do good. That is why I in vest with Triodos because I know that my money will be in vested companies and causes that actively promote ethical treatment of people and the environment. Making my money do some good.

I have invested with Triodos for several years, and been very impressed with the choice of investments, all of which are either helping the environment or people with disadvantages. It is very satisfying to know that my savings are being used for worthwhile purposes, and not just making the "fat cats" even richer. What is more, the returns have been excellent.
