A truly ethical bank

I feel very happy placing my money with Triodos. They place ethical and environmental considerations first, whereas for most banks these come second to profitability. And this ethical approach is also reflected in the honesty and transparency of their communication with me as a customer, so I feel confident they will keep me fully informed. Customer service is the best i have experienced in the UK. Having wasted weeks of my life calling customer services in other banks\organisations and giving up after an hour on hold, Triodos Bank was amazing. The only slight drawback is that they're not very widespread so access to a branch can be tricky, however with the internet that is largely overcome. Other than that they've been great for me. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
