Uncompromised core values

I trust Triodos to invest my savings ethically, as its core value, rather than a commercially-driven optional add-on. I admire their prompt uncompromised rejection of "ethical" investment in arms used for defence, and the positive impacts they try to achieve. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

Ethical banking with excellent customer service

I really appreciate the transparency they provide as to where your savings are going. It matters immensely to me what banks do with my money. Triodos also has excellent customer service - never had reason to complain! Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

Superb treatment all round!

Apart from the ethical investments, which for me are extremely important, I have always found the customer service with Trios outstanding and as an 80 year old man who doesn’t always understand the technology or the processes to find my way through them. The people at customer service have ALWAYS given me very helpful and friendly service in helping me find my way, and unlike other banks, have never once talked down to me or made me feel foolish for not understanding something.
