Such a great experience switching to Triodos.

Such a great experience switching to Triodos. A head office in Bristol that has an actual phone number where you can get through to friendly, helpful staff. Everything can be done via post or on the baking app. Very secure online service. Always in contact to recognise potential fraud or to alert that funds are low and bills are expected. Why anyone would want to be with a high street bank with this level of service from an ethical investor is beyond me. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024
