An ethical bank true to form!

Easy to use, Triodos has taught me a lot

Easy to use, good returns on my savings. I use both internet banking and a phone app to manage my accounts and both are easy to do. Sometimes I need to get more specific info for my expat taxes so I call up. When I've had to do this I've had helpful, ready support on the phone from Triodos staff, and the experience of being treated like a human. The best thing about Triodos is their ethical investments and the education they do around this. I really care about what my money is doing in the world and Triodos has helped me to learn a lot about the possibilities of ethical banking and how it works: sometimes I read the website or newsletters, and with the app it's easy to see the kind of impact my savings choice is having. I've been a Triodos account holder for nearly 10 years.

I've been a Triodos account holder for nearly 10 years now and have always enjoyed using their services. I used the business account for a while when I was a treasurer for an organisation I was with and when I had to contact Triodos, their support team and customer services were excellent! The app is easy to use and so is the website version. Al aspects of the site and online banking pages are easy to navigate and use. Savings are well looked after and interest is always competitive. The best part about the whole experience of banking with Triodos though, is knowing that your money is going to excellent causes. Money banked with Triodos helps support green organisations and environmentally positive programs which are desperately needed at this time. It's guilt free banking and actually makes you feel good about where your money goes. I love using Triodos. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
