An ethical bank true to form!

We sought an ethical bank and use it for savings despite the fact that the interest rate is higher elsewhere. We save by not buying stuff we don’t need!! Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

The number one ethical bank

My husband and I moved to Triodos several years ago and have no regrets. We are delighted that our money is being invested ethically and to support worthwhile projects across the world. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Value being valued

The term ' valued customer' has been widely over used in recent times, but the only organisation that actually does make me feel valued is Triodos. Their committment and reflexivity to our shared values means that I feel part of something in banking with them, not just that I am using some thing. Great ethical savings account

This is a bank I trust

I've been with Triodos close to thirty years, using different accounts, been to their Annual Report meetings, watched them grow using entirely transparent and ethical principles, good humour and a disarming, personal friendliness. The people working there are alert, cheerful, unfailingly courteous and extremely efficient, and it still feels like an enterprise run by humans, for humans. An ethical way to save

Strong ethical principles and brilliant customer service
