You can open a Triodos Bank Online Saver account with just £1 and there’s no maximum balance limit. The account can be in a sole name or joint names. The account can be managed via internet banking and in the Triodos mobile banking app.

It's eco, simple as that.

Excellent bank

Vote with your money!

Very easy to open an account, and online experience is simple and efficient. I got a fixed rate savings account for a year with an extremely competitive interest rate. It's great to know that my money isn't being used for evil, but to fund great projects. The banks communication is great, and you can read about all of the wonderful projects that they invest in. Ethical and efficient banking online.

I don't use the account very much but when I do need to make transactions, it is very quick and easy to do on their website. I know lots of other banks have this kind of service too, but I choose Triodos because of their ethical and progressive ethos, in wanting to use capital as a force for good in the world.
