Relatively new customer

I am relatively new to Triodos but I have been very impressed by the professionalism of the customer care team. Information is easy to understand. The mobile banking app is easy to use and it is reassuring that there is a maximum that can be withdrawn at one time. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

So much enjoying using and being part of Triodos

Elements of the onboarding (the initial set up of the online savings account) ended up being paper based but once that was done am so much enjoying using and being part of Triodos :-). Their ethos has appealed to me since I first heard of them in the late 80's. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Simple to operate and accessible on my iPhone. competitive interest rate given that it is an instant access account. Secure log-in which is an improvement on the old digipass system. Helpful App. considering opening other accounts. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Put your money where your mouth is!

Triodos is the bank you've been looking for! The service is good and you deal with a real human being. Most importantly for me I know my money is being invested in things that do good in the world (not just NOT being invested in harmful things). Ultra ethical with a personal touch
