Customer of Triodos since 2016

I've had accounts with Triodos since 2016, recommended by my late mother, who had valued investing with a sustainable bank with mindful investments. I also value this aspect and appreciate receiving the newsletters informing us of the impact of investments on projects and enterprises making a difference often at the local level to people and their communities. My online saver account has provided me with good rates of interest, providing me with something extra, which has helped my family. Triodos has kept me updated on changes to interest rates and any other information relevant to my account and as their customer. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Triodos Bank genuinely do things differently

Triodos Bank genuinely do things diffrently and yet retain everything that is important in a bank. They might not have the highest rates for their accounts, but they offer a secure, easy to manage system and aim to do good in the world as well. I enjoy having my account with them. Triodos is good for me and society

Banking with Triodos, I feel like my money is very safe - they have a lot of security protocols in place to prevent fraud. I also value that the interest on my savings only comes from ethical investments by Triodos. Plus, their customer service is absolutely perfect!
