Helpfulness and friendly

Bank for people who...

...think about someone other than just themselves. I am happy that my hard earned money is not going towards destructive causes. Very easy bank to set up and manage everything online. Good communication and transparency. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Passion and service

I was attracted to Triodos by its values. And they have lived up to them; I feel part of a family of savers and investors who all want their money to make a difference. But I was not expecting the high level of customer service and care that I have also enjoyed. So it's the best of both bank for me. Can't rate it highly enough. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Ethical bank. Have already recommended.

I have a savings account with Triodos. The interest is good by today's standards. I love getting emails from them telling me about the community projects I am helping them to fund. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Amazing

My bank are amazing. One day I had a meeting with them to transfer my account over to them and was treated extremely well. They didn't act as if they just wanted the custom (which of course they did) and the guy who was making all the staff a drink actually asked me if I would like one. Even though he didn't have to, it was a lovely touch. You never ever feel like just a customer there, they are always friendly and polite and I've often commented to them as I've gone out of the door about the standard of their staff. They aren't too overly friendly (if you get my meaning) but you aren't "just a customer". I had issues with my x taking some money out of my bank account and off my credit card, so we have a password set up now so if they think anything "strange" is happening with my account or credit card (as it's with the same bank) they will ring and check.
