Speedy, polite, secure and ethical

It is a delight to quickly speak to a polite and efficient customer services rep. I have forgotten my access details a number of times because I don't need to access the amount often and you can speak to someone in a matter of minutes if not seconds and they are patient and thorough. I also love the focus they have on values and how they share stories about why they invest in and support the businesses they do and the social impact these businesses are having. Efficient ethical banking

Compassionate, humane banking? Look no further.

I rate Triodos extremely highly as an ethical bank. As a very old woman, (88 years young), I am generally appalled by the ethics involved in high finance and so-called 'growth' or money making for its own sake.. Triodos appears to me to manage to circumvent both greed and corrupt investment, to have compassion for the planet and to communicate both transparently and interestingly to its members, even to those of us whose savings are declining. I particularly enjoy its informative newsletters; hearing about the ethical planet and socially-aware projects Triodos supports can make my day! Triodos seems to buck the trend of extractative, appropriative and self-serving financial dealing, so prevalent in these times. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
