Easy to use app for banking

I've used the app for a few years now and it's simpler and more accessible than any other bank's app I've used. Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 20th January 2022

Poor customer experience

A bank account issue happened on the side of TSB. They never contacted me as a consumer proactively. It was also impossible to contact them over the phone with waiting times exceeding an hour. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Crypto banned

If you want a power hungry bank that won't allow you to buy crypto, or a bank that seems to think they have the right to know what you spend your own money on... this is the bank for you. Otherwise, avoid like the plague. Reviewed on: 21st April 2023

Issues Setting up, but fine there after

Set up the account and the app broke so had to go in branch. They didn't know the details of the service so I had to explain it to them, and it was only after checking with the manager that they realised I was correct. Pro tip - don't talk down about customers when in earshot. After that experience I wasn't hopeful but the app has been easy to use and no issues following Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Easy, accessible and friendly

The TSB Classic Bank Account is a very good, simple bank account. It's straightforward to set up and use, it's completely free and has no tricksy hidden fees or costs. The TSB app is straightforward to use and convenient, so it's easy to manage your money. The TSB staff at my local branch are very polite and helpful. They are always there to help you if you have questions or need help with your account. Overall, banking with TSB offers an easy, straightforward and easy way to handle your money.
