Great website and customer service.

The website is very clear and easy to use, which is a bonus for someone like me who can get rather lost on other banking websites trying to work out how to do what I want to do. Plus when I have needed to telephone, I have speedily been put in touch with a real live human - something that is sadly becoming more of a rarity. Finally, the interest rates are very competitive.
