I found the whole process with Updraft to be straightforward and easy to navigate. The application was clear, the eligibility checks were quick, and I appreciated the transparency around rates and repayment terms. There were no hidden surprises, and everything was explained in plain English, which made it much less stressful than I expected. Communication was timely, and I felt informed at every stage. So easy and simple to get a loan quote, with really competitive rates. The entire process was so smooth and was a quick, clear process all the way through to receiving the money! They’ve even offered further pre-approved loans with great rates to existing customers. Highly recommend. If I ever need a personal loan in the future, I’ll be back to Updraft.
