Amazing!

I’ve had a very positive experience with the Vanquis Credit Builder Credit Card. The app is easy to use, payments are straightforward to manage, and the regular updates help me stay on top of my spending. There was one occasion when I was struggling to make a payment, and the Vanquis team were very understanding and helpful. They listened, explained my options clearly, and supported me without judgement, which I really appreciated. Vanquis has helped me build my credit confidence by providing a clear and manageable way to improve my credit profile over time. Simple, easy to speak to a human & very accessible

I have dyslexia; so far I have found them easy to get hold of easy to speak to a human. The app has been simple and out of the few cards I’ve heard it’s been my favourite one in simplicity of use which is why I have held onto it.. it’s also very flexible and putting in changing my the credit limit either up or down and I just think they’ve been excellent. I have no reason to fault them. Thank Christmas card that was there for me when I needed it the most and they’ve proved to be quite accessible helpful and user-friendly so far obviously there’s always a little bit of room for improvement ( also if needed they will make effort with consumers which is nice ) Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
