Vanquis have always been very transparent about what credit will cost and fair with applying rates. Communication is consistently good, the app works great and I have seen my interest rate fall over the years as I established a good reliable payment history with my account. Win Win for Vanquish. .

I don’t like the way the fees are charged. What exactly are “Billed Finance Charges”? Why are they charged? Then you have the interest as well! When you make an extra payment the direct debit is then changed so that you have still only paid the monthly figure. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

It's very difficult to pay off.

It's very difficult to pay off. Even if you pay over your minium amount it hardly makes a difference. You also hound your customers with a barrage of account chasers mainly from Europe and its VERY ANNOYING Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
