Not had a credit card for almost 20yrs...ex wife ran up bills and fouled up my rating...wanting to get back on an even keel, applied to Vanquis and was approved...easy to use app too Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

My experience has been the smoothest ever.

My experience has been the smoothest ever. I applied for my card and I got approved. They notice even when you used your credit card wisely and increase the credit limit they sent me my letter by post. First time a company has told me I am using my card well this means they see and observe. I did not have to prove more but they just observed my spending unlike other companies that request you to apply only to deny you the increase and request you try in 4 months time. Kudos Am a happy customer. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Very simple and easy to use/ track and manage your credit card. Easy to make payments and great customer care/service team. Quick responses in emergency cases ie losing a card and freezing and replacing. Very good service all round Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
