Ive been with Vanquis for over a decade, and they always try to improve professionally. I experienced these in the website improvements and in their customer service experiences. I won't stay this long if they are not. I applied for thier card to rebuild my credit history and today my credit score and ratings has seriously improved. I strongly recommend Vanquis card.
