Vanquis - no reasonable adjustment for disability

I have had a Vanquis card for several years, but now I am unable to continue using it, as the website is being closed and the app replaced by one which requires users to upload a selfie. As a disabled person, I am unable to take a selfie and am extremely disappointed that there is no alternative. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026
