Complete customer satisfaction

I am extremely satisfied with the whole Vanquis credit card experience. The approval & application process was quick & straight forward. And the time between approval to receiving the card was only a few days, which was more efficient than other credit cards I previously had. Setting up the card upon receipt was simple, aided by a user friendly app. The rates are also very competitive. I have nothing negative to say about the whole process & would thoroughly recomend. Customer service is appropriate and timely. Promptly dealt with issue or concerns. However, interest rate is quite high compared to other credit cards providers. If this is reviewed and addressed, this will appears as an improvement to Vanquis services. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
