Velosure was offered to me as an additional service when I purchased a new bike through a company scheme a few years ago, I used to insure my sports equipment through the house insurance, Velosure goes to the next level, if not higher with service, cost, communication and peace of mind. I had never made a claim with an insurance - and expected the process to be long winded and painful. Velosure staff was supportive and efficient when my bike got stolen.
