Do what they say on the tin for a good price.

Do what they say on the tin for a good price. Made a claim at the start of this year and it was settled in full fairly quickly without any quibble. Have looked at alternative providers before now and none seem to offer anything cheaper with the same cover, etc. Provides pretty much everything I need re: cover. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Been with Velosure a few years now

Been with Velosure a few years now, they give good value for money for insuring a number of my bikes/ebikes with no extortionate fees for changing the policy when I change my bike/ebikes. Have the best customer service I've experienced, especially on social media. And when I check everytime my renewal is due, they're still the cheapest for what you get. Brill bike insurance!!!!!

I had the misfortune of having my cherished touring bike damaged structurally by a head on collision caused by youths riding recklessly on a cycle path. Velosure responded very quickly to my report of an accident and subsequent loss and provided the necessary documentation to make a claim for the damage which I duly did. They paid very promptly the full estimated costs of damage less the standard excess. This has put me in a position whereby I can proceed with the repairs and if I so wish can carry out some upgrades at my own cost at the same time. I can highly recommend this company.
