Perfect Choice!

I looked at several insurance suppliers to cover my pride and joy, and Velosure hit the spot. They were not the cheapest option out there, but dealing with them gave me confidence that they were the right choice. Always quick to answer any queries and easy to add any upgrades to the policy. I really hope that I don’t need to call on them for an accident or theft, but am confident that they would help me out with the minimum of fuss. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019

Very cooperative and great value

I've been with Velosure for 4 years. In that time I've had the misfortune to be involved in 2 incidents that required me to claim for damages to bike and equipment. Thankfully on both occasions I managed to claim from a third. Velosure were always extremely helpful and paid out promptly. When I managed to recover costs they were again quick to reimburse and readjust my premium. I couldn't ask for a more helpful insurance company. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019

Super helpful!

Had no problems, got the best quote for the best cover when I got my new bike a few yeara ago. I had a few concerns regarding some of the policy conditions, which would have made things a bit difficult with me cycling to work as a nurse doing long shifts, as well as some events I take part in.
