Do what they say on the tin for a good price.

Do what they say on the tin for a good price. Made a claim at the start of this year and it was settled in full fairly quickly without any quibble. Have looked at alternative providers before now and none seem to offer anything cheaper with the same cover, etc. Provides pretty much everything I need re: cover. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Excellent customer service

If you need a cycle insurance, this is the best one. Not just for the price, but especially for their customer service. I've been involved in an accident and when I made the claim, they got me in touch with their solicitors, which are very professional and on time. Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

Left dissatisfied

Public liability issue. Car driver accessed me of causing damage to rear of vehicle which was untrue . Instead of velosure obtaining accurate evidence they pay out to driver and demand £500 excess from me after I explicitly explained I did not damage , no witnesses to defend me . So in instances of one person's word against another they favoured driver rather than their policy holder of 4 years ! Needless to say I will be insuring elsewhere . Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

Reasonable price & reliable

Been with Velosure for a number of years now and always happy with the customer service and price. We have also had to make a claim following an accident, but Velosure just dealt with it all and other than having to take the bike to the bike shop for repair, we didn’t have to do or stress about anything other than recovery.
