My partner rang Velosure after we both bought some rather nice road bikes. The sales team were very helpful and knowledgeable about the extras we wanted to add to the policy. Overall it was a very smooth process. This is a welcome change from other insurance companies where this service (in my opinion) is lacking. Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

Great insurer for bikes

I had to claim for a crash that damaged my frame, and the quote process was done quickly & easily. I was also covered for a hire bike whilst waiting for delivery of a new frame. Overall great experience Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

Excellent cover for an excellent price!

When I was looking for bike insurance, I was new to cycling and had no idea, but looking on the Velosure website gave me the information I needed, and if it didn’t then a quick phone call or email got me the information I needed. I proceeded to sign up and was amazed at the level of cover for the price! £50 for a year for one bike with every scenario I could think of covered, including any races or events! I also like the Road Rage cover too as this was a worry of mine when I decided to take up cycling. Good work peeps @ Velosure! Keep it up! I’m renewing this year for sure! I did quite an extensive search on the different insurance companies for my bikes and Velosure was not only competitive in the insurance aspects covered but in the overall cost. Never regretted my decision to use them. Reviewed on: 20th September 2018
