Do what they say on the tin for a good price.

Do what they say on the tin for a good price. Made a claim at the start of this year and it was settled in full fairly quickly without any quibble. Have looked at alternative providers before now and none seem to offer anything cheaper with the same cover, etc. Provides pretty much everything I need re: cover. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Best in Class

After being insured with other provides, the package Velosure provide is fantastic value for momey. I have 3 bikes insured with them and unlike other companies, my renewal premium went down after the first year! Friendly people to talk to and always helpful. Reviewed on: 7th August 2018

Easy cycling

Quick, freindly, re-assuring

I had a fairly bad crash hurting my leg and bending my bike. The last thing I wanted was a long drawn out process trying to get my bike fixed up so that once I was mended I could get straight back out! What I got from velosure was re-assurance, a quick, efficient, personal service and I was kept well informed throughout the process. Quick and friendly service

I submitted a claim through Velosure and expected to hear back from them after a couple of weeks at best. However, they exceeded expectations and got back to me within a few days. My claim was simple and the claims representative who dealt with me was friendly and helpful.
