Brilliant Customer Service

Unbelievable people

My wife and I thought that all hope was gone when trying to remortgage due to our ages. But after using moneysavingexpert, we came across the Vernon building society. The staff actually care about the situation and nothing was a problem,. After the initail telephone interview with Lucy, the process of receiving the offer took about 3-4 weeks and now we are able to relax and have a stress-free life now. Big help with our mortgage

We were trying to buy our first home during COVID. Our mortgage advisor Claire was so amazing with us, especially with helping us with the process as my partner has just come out of being furloughed and we had been through a very hard time.
