Community banking at it's very best

Great range of highly competitive products, with very knowledgable, friendly and helpful staff always on hand to advise and assist. Maintains its'community focus even iin the ever uncertain financial climate. A pleasure going in every visit, and if anyone is looking to save £1 or £10,000 I recommend a visit. service standard

extremely friendly and welcoming staff.Small queues and no complicated pay in systems,just plain old traditional methods.Good opportunity to talk,as apposed to to much automation,machines don't ask questions and know what you're thinking !! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020

New to Vernon

I am a relatively new customer with the Vernon, to date I have found their savings rates very good and the service in branch was great. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Stockport area. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Local friendly service

Vernon are part of the community, they offer excellent customer service in their local branches with a range of products that are very competitive vs the larger organisations which no longer have local branches and when you do find a branch just don't offer the same level of service Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Great Service, Very Informative

We had amazing service when we opened our Help to Buy ISA and were given lots of information on the product its self and how it works and were also offered advice on mortgages but declined at this early stage as we do not have the savings as of yet. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020
