Stress free visit thanks to Sarah at Poynton. In 15min she located my government bond money and paid back after 3 years. Money moved into tax free ISA. Reviewed on: 8th February 2018

They are local and give you time (no rushing). Only reason I've not given them 10/10 is that the interest rate is lower than other building societies. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2018

The staff are all friendly and helpful. We need the Vernon in Poynton. Having lost two of our three banks and our other building society, we are very restricted as to how we deal with our finances and we don't want to/can't do it online. Please don't close down. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2018
