It does what it needs to do

I have a savings account with the Vernon (personal and a football club I'm involved in). I work in Sale, so longer opening hours (or more branches) would be more helpful. Reviewed on: 21st December 2015

Helpful staff in Poynton branch now

Current staff are great, but previous staff didn't feel as helpful. Would be helpful if branches had longer opening hours. More Vernon branches would also be more helpful (use to be with the Nationwide but they closed their branch). Reviewed on: 21st December 2015

To me the convenience is key

I was with TSB but as they've moved branch I now do most of my banking with the Vernon. Reviewed on: 21st December 2015

Love it!

As far as I'm concerned its convenient (within walking distance) and the staff are all excellent (nothing is too much trouble). I find it great to just pop in. Reviewed on: 21st December 2015

Never had any issues or problems

Always been friendly and kind. The ladies on the desk have always been brilliant. Too easy to spend money if get money paid into bank. This account helps me to regulate my savings better. Reviewed on: 21st December 2015
