Needed help. They were great.

I actually got to talk to an advisor who helped me select the right insurance policy for my forthcoming trips. I wasn't kept waiting or transfered around, the lady on the phone was excellent, advising me on the right policy at the right price. Excellent one to one service. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Excellent travel insurance company

You can only rate any insurance company based on your experience of making a claim. I had to make a claim against the company due to my wife contracting Covid 19 on a cruise in 2023. The claim was settled with little fuss. I’ve used them twice since; both for cruises, fortunately no claim was involved but on both occasions I had to contact the company before the cruise began. Once to extend the period of cover by a couple of days beyond the limits set and most recently due to confusion on my part about adding an item of specialist cover. On both occasions my telephone contact with the company was handled successfully by their staff in a professional, courteous and in a friendly manner. Cover for pre-exsisting conditions is excellent and good value. Would definitely recommend Voyager. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024
