The customer service is really good and the plans cheaper than comparable insurances.

Really happy with the price and the customer service - I've been making my first claim on my dog in his life and this has been stressful but Waggel have been great in helping me arrange direct payment and reassuring me. I will say though to make sure you take up a policy with high individual limits for diagnostics - my fault entirely as my dog has never been ill and I underestimated the cost of treatment. Excellent Pet Insurance from Lovely People

We moved to Waggle from PetPlan when we got our second dog. They are cheaper but I did a lot of research because we would pay whatever it took to make sure our dogs were well taken care of. We had to make one claim recently for scans and X-rays. Our Vet claimed directly, it was no problem at all and Waggle kept us up to date at every point. Quality pet insurance at a reasonable price.

Getting the perfect insurance premium for my dog has been so easy - I can tailor to what I need and see how that affects the monthly price! I compared the quote to so many leading pet insurance providers, and Waggel covered more whilst keeping the costs down. They are also really transparent about how their policies work, in laymans terms so you understand what you get. The only Pet Insurance I'd consider

I honestly think all other Pet Insurance is a con... Waggel is clear, approachable, fair, reasonably priced and seem to understand what it is to own a dog... this will be the only Pet Insurance I will renew! I like them a lot. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

The team behind Waggel ensures that me and my pets are loved! Beyond. Not only that their insurance is very affordable but also they have perks available for us pet owners.
