Amazing product - why look elswhere?

Sign up was so easy, and they insured one of my cats that others wouldn’t (only due to age). Being able to tailor the level of cover was great, the included dental cover was a massive plus for us too. So far so good! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Quick and easy plus lots of extras

Very quick and easy to set up, and have been impressed with the extras provided with the service (useful things like video-conf with vets, discounts on various pet related items, etc). Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

No nonsense insurance

At last a company that delivers what it promises, has great ethics and puts the customer and animal first. The whole insurance process is explained with no jargon, giving clear conditions to the various types of policy. I had to make a claim on my 4 month old puppy recently, all it took was one phone call to Waggel and they did the rest, the result my claim was settled in only a few days directly with the vet. Once you take out insurance with Waggel your account details and claims could not be any simpler, you start with your annual amount and each claim is deducted, great so you know where you are. I cannot recommend Waggel enough, I only wish other companies could be as transparent and supportive as Waggel and engage with their customers in the same manner. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Why go elsewhere, with an amazing cover!

From starting my puppy's insurance with undoubtly the best competitive price, I am now happy with making sure my pup is protected. With the insurance their is so much more, they offer you discounts/ coupon codes to use to spoil your furbaby, which enables you to buy dog food, collars, bedding and so much more. Easy, affordable and straightforward

When I got my first puppy everyone advised me to get a pet insurance so I just went online and started searching. Only then I discovered it is harder than I thought and the companied don't make it easy for you. I was so confused but thankfully I came across Waggel. They explained everything on their website, assessed via messages and I knew what I was getting for the price I am about to pay. I am super happy and also getting exclusive online offers is just an added bonus as well as access to vet 24/7 gives me such a great level of confidence. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020
