I had only joined waggel two weeks before my cat Misty started vomiting and gulping. I took her to Just Cats in Southport and they looked after her, fortunately she was fine after a course of treatment. I didn't think i would be able to claim but i did and amazingly was paid out within days. I am a very happy lady. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fab company with great benefit

After spending a small fortune on pet insurance with my last dog, I decided to do some research and look around for a company that didn't assume it was good value to just offer to pay a certain percentage of your dogs treatment, despite maybe years of no claims. Waggel came across as a very genuine company offering good value for money. I would certainly recommend them to other pet owners without hesitation. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Simplicity with purpose

I want what we all want: an easy to use interface that cuts out the jargon, makes the complex simple, and feels like a brand that shares my values. Things like the personal touch with sign up present for my pet could have been seen as gimmicky in isolation, but the fact is they walk the walk too: when an unexpected vet bill came in, Waggel took full control of the process. Incidentally, even though my vets practice are far from old fashioned, even they didn’t understand that I’d be able to claim on insurance without any need of onerous paperwork, reference numbers and even admin fees. Their idea is simple, their execution is simple, but it belies the hard work behind the scenes and it’s genuinely a game changer. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Great cover at overwhelming convenience

We have rescued a dog from Thailand and Waggel were so helpful from Start to finish on finding the right cover for our beloved, Charlie! Every other company we spoke to seem to make the mission of finding cover even harder until we found Waggel. I have highly recommended them to friends and family! Thanks again for your help guys!!
