Not had insurance for our dogs for very many years as , being both vets in our own practice it wasn't necessary. Retired 9 years now and searching for the right insurance has taken us that long! Waggel seems to us to fit the bill perfectly and setting up the insurance for our youngster was very straight forward. Hope we don't need to use it but it is good to know it's there if we need to call on it. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Within days of buying our Waggel insurance we need to use the 24/7 free vet consultation service for our puppy who got poorly. We saw (over video) a friendly, knowledgeable vet within 30 mins of requesting an appointment. We haven't had to use other aspects of the insurance (and hope not to have to) but it was very easy and straight forward to sign up and we are very impressed so far. I had a minor issue...when trying to sort it out with Waggel via the online chat, the advisor actually phoned me as it was easier to speak directly.. it showed great initiative and is hopefully the sign of good things to come from this company..good communication is key. Hassle free pet insurance

Waggel are the most hassle free pet insurance company that I have ever seen. I spent a long time looking at all the available options for my kittens and waggel were the best for by far. They go above and beyond what all of their rivals offer and at a really good price. The added bonus of an online vet was a huge bonus. The peace of mine knowing you can get hold of a very when you need one quickly gives me great peace of mind. Simply put, waggel is what every insurance company should be... And more.
