I had a minor issue...when trying to sort it out with Waggel via the online chat, the advisor actually phoned me as it was easier to speak directly.. it showed great initiative and is hopefully the sign of good things to come from this company..good communication is key. Hassle free pet insurance

Waggel are the most hassle free pet insurance company that I have ever seen. I spent a long time looking at all the available options for my kittens and waggel were the best for by far. They go above and beyond what all of their rivals offer and at a really good price. The added bonus of an online vet was a huge bonus. The peace of mine knowing you can get hold of a very when you need one quickly gives me great peace of mind. Simply put, waggel is what every insurance company should be... And more. So easy to understand and take out this insurance with flexibility built in to tailor payments to your budget. Made a mistake with my details but after a simple process to raise a ticket online it was sorted quickly and efficiently. All contact I've had so far has been friendly and professional. The truth will come if we ever have to claim but I have high hopes that the standards set so far will be consistent. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Needed Insurance for my doggo

My pride and joy, Pluto a 2 year old cavachon needed insurance. He has a lot of allergies and most other insurance companies wouldn’t touch us, but Waggel was different. Reading the terms and conditions Pluto was able to be covered and the price was great. Thankfully haven’t had to make a claim, but I’m sure Waggel will be more than happy to help should we need to.
