So easy to understand and take out this insurance with flexibility built in to tailor payments to your budget. Made a mistake with my details but after a simple process to raise a ticket online it was sorted quickly and efficiently. All contact I've had so far has been friendly and professional. The truth will come if we ever have to claim but I have high hopes that the standards set so far will be consistent. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Needed Insurance for my doggo

My pride and joy, Pluto a 2 year old cavachon needed insurance. He has a lot of allergies and most other insurance companies wouldn’t touch us, but Waggel was different. Reading the terms and conditions Pluto was able to be covered and the price was great. Thankfully haven’t had to make a claim, but I’m sure Waggel will be more than happy to help should we need to. I totally love Waggel! The simplicity of a claim is a dream and the straightforward user interface means I can check in on the progress of a claim at a glance. However, the best bit about Waggel and what I tell all the pawrents I know about, is the added extras - access to a dog behaviourist, exclusive discounts on food and accessories.
