Waggel offers policies that can be entirely costumized in terms of annual limit, deductible, etc. - even our vet was impressed! Easy claims, too. Also comes with a 24/7 veterinary nurse call service which is so handy Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Incredible insurer, first class service and lovely honest people!

We opted for Waggel as it seemed like a decent insurer but you never for sure until you need them most. Naturally we thought that we’d never need it but sadly our puppy developed a condition which needed an op and he had complications and infection post-surgery. The vet bills spiralled and our pup only just made it though. We expected the insurance claim to be a stressful part of the process but they made it so simple and straightforward, giving friendly and compassionate service to really re-assure us and let us focus on our poorly pup. No need to Wiggle with Waggel !

On the excitement of the arrival of our new Puppy, Lottie, I looked around and signed up with Waggel, some great reviews, little did we know that in her first Month with us we would be up at the Vets several times, Waggel, were quick in supporting, advising and paying our claims, couldn't be happier, and little Lottie is a bundle of joy for us all.
