They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. Excellent value, full cover single trip insurance to Thailand. Straightforward Medical questionnaire, full disclosure of medical history, cancer diagnosis and treatment. Affordable Additional Premium and Excess payment. Fully transparent terms and conditions and policy documentation. Fair and understanding company

My husband has always struggled to get cover due to a heart transplant 13 years ago. When k called, the staff were understanding and didn't presume anything. Logic was used to assess whether they could cover Him, rather than a blanket denial like other companies. I felt they were honest and explained pitfalls and high excesses upfront for certain parts of the cover and gave us fair insurance for the rest. Always the first choice.

I have used World First for over 8 years since my daughter was diagnosed with a rare liver disease. They provide exceptional value for money with a no hassle and quick way to purchase travel insurance for those with a pre-existing medical condition. During this time after initially buying the insurance we have had to make amendments due to my daughter's health in 2 separate occasions and these were both death with over the telephone and I received an understanding and compassionate response. Gave me a policy which covered all my health needs

I was quoted by some other companies ridiculous amounts for a week long holiday. I have a chronic illness but take no medication and have never been admited to hospital. So easy to deal with. Great value cover

World First cover me for my pre existing medical conditions at a really fair cost unlike some of their competitors. Medical screening is quick and straightforward and their annual multi trip policy offers complete peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone but in particular to people with medical conditions.
