They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. I recommend world first to all the people in my Facebook group for transplant patients who enquire about travel insurance as they are very reasonably priced especially for people with medical issues as most companies rip you off...fortunately I didn't have an issues while on holiday but I felt safe in the knowledge I had travel insurance just incase and also the fact they didn't charge the earth...well done world first I will always use you for my future travel insurance...5* service. Very customer friendly and helpful

I have booked travel insurance with World First Travel Insurance for my European family tour. Unfortunatelly we had to cancel our trip therefore cancelled the insurance too just before the start date. The customer support was really helpful and friendly in the process.
