Best insurance Company for people with pre-existing medical conditions

Having tried a number of Companies there is no doubt I have chosen the best in World Travel for the following reasons. 1) the Company's screening process is the most rigorous I have experienced which gives me confidence that the cover is appropriate for my condition. 2) The premium is sensible. 3) Other big name Companies seem to use a mild screening process resulting in quoting unacceptable high premiums. No problem travel insurance.

As both my wife and I are over 80, finding travel insurance has been a hassle for more than ten years. Many companies will not even quote for elderly passengers. I have used World First for financial transfers for some years and when I learned that they offer travel insurance as well I rang them immediately, the response was totally professional, they understood our requirements and gave a very reasonably priced quote. Friendly, helpful, professional and comprehensive insurance

I took out World First Travel Insurance to cover my travels worldwide. The online application was easy and very competitive rate. However, the test of a good insurance company is when you need to make a claim. I dropped my camera in the sea on holiday in Ecuador and it was ruined. I phoned WF and they were both helpful and friendly, dealing with it very quickly. Within a very short time I had been paid and was able to get a replacement camera. Their Social Media presence is really good and they share interesting travel stories as well as marketing their wide range of insurance services. Highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 21st July 2017

So far - excellent! Recommended.

I always shop around for an annual travel policy for myself and my partner. He has a medical condition which we have to declare and rates vary considerably because of this. I was very impressed with the rates quoted which were much better value than any others out of approx. ten companies. I also had a query a little later about something which was sorted out very quickly and efficiently.
