Friendly and well informed staff

The true measure of a business...

I can only repeat what I wrote on Trustpilot, in March 2020...'Had to cancel Travel Insurance arranged through R&T, as a result of Covid-19. They were utterly brilliant, from first contact, to refund, despite the volume of transactions I feel sure they were dealing with, on behalf of other customers. Great on the phone, no reams of documents required, no obfuscation. Can't praise them highly enough. I shall not hesitate to use them for future cover, as and when travel reverts to some kind of normality. One of the 'good guys', at a time of extreme difficulties for all'... My Go To Insurers!

I have been using WFT since 2012 since having breast cancer. It was difficult to get cover but WFT was recommended by a friend. Since then my medical needs have increased but have had no problems in getting travel insurance now and I don’t need to go through everything again when renewing my policy. which can be upsetting and stressful. Great if you don’t have existing medical condition

The first time we purchased insurance from world first it was easy and a fair price. The second time we requested a quote it had more than doubled in price. My husband had existing medical conditions that is why we used world first and they were great but unfortunately the second time the quote was way too high and we had to use an alternative company Reviewed on: 11th September 2024
