Friendly and well informed staff

Great cover for a great price

Always had a great experience when booking travel insurance through World First. I suffer from Crohn’s disease and they have lots of options available for me at a reasonable price, whereas I struggle to get cover with some other providers. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

Very pleased to recommend World First to anyone.

We took ot travel ins withWorld First last year after it was recommended to us.Delighted with the quote we were given , it was less than half the price of our previous insure for the same amount of cover.great for us as my husband has several medical issues.Before our holiday we recieved an email wishing us an enjoyable holiday and assuring us they were there should we need them which thankfully we didnt.On our return we recieved another email saying they hoped we had a good holiday.I would have no hesitation in using World First again and earlier this year recommended them to elderly friends of our daughter and son-in-law.They were also very pleased. Excellent Annual travel insurance for medical conditions

When my husband got cancer we found it very difficult to get travel insurance for the whole family to cover us if we should need to cancel despite his treatment being mild and non invasive. They were one of only two companies that offered reasonable cover. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

Secure,safe and stress free process

Purchase of out travel insurance was easy and straight forward. Even when i realised i had entered the wrong date,i called and the agent was very polite and rectified the policy in minutes. Details of the policy was easy to download and read.Clear and to the point. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

Excellent cover at reasonable prices with great aftercare service.

I have had difficulty in the past finding cover for my pre existing medical condition, either being rejected, or quoted a price that is outside my budget. However World First gave a great quote, saving my family over £300, and when my aunt was diagnosed with cancer, and had to cancel her holiday, they were sympathetic, helpful, and paid out with no fuss. Ease of use and full round cover!
