I used World First Travel insurance for my tour to srilanka. Honest pricing

We were recommended to try World First after struggling to find a reasonable price for travel insurance for a family trip to USA with grandparents - because of their age the prices were extortionate and more than the flight tickets for them! World First provided us with good cover at a reasonable price. Will be using them again when we are finally able to travel again! Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

Good service but outdated system

Have had a few claims with World First travel and they have been prompt in response and payment. However, I paid an excess waiver and have to tell them this every time I submit a claim and they send documents that are blank when opened. Lots of back and forth for a simple matter but always resolved. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020
